The degree of absence of thinking is your growth on your Spiritual Path…

I have found Hay House World Summit…Alleluia. If you are ready for uplifting inspiration, tips and support to find the peace and love in your life…..in your own self, then you must visit Hay House World summit. I encourage you to look into the inspiring videos and audios they have available. It is only available until the end of May…and then there will be no free access to them. Find the time and do it…Do it Now!

There are interviews with Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay and many other inspirational spirits. If you are looking for inspiration and motivational healing, forgiveness, learning to love yourself, go to Hay house world summit.

I just enjoyed watching two videos with Eckhart Tolle…..I didn’t know who this guy was and apparently he is the most highly influentiual spiritual teacher…Dalai Lama came second on the list (Wayne Dyer 3rd). Quite impressive . He is simple in his talk of Time being a movement of thought. He speaks about there being no boundaries in the universe, we create our boundaries. When you think about the universe, the brain does not allow you to not give it a boundary. We have taught our brains that there are limits, that there are boundaries. Eckhart speaks about the present moment being the only moment that does not change. There is no future or past, it is as it is. You must be present in the most important moment which is NOW, the present moment.

Yesterday I was able to watch “The Shift” by Wayne Dyer. Actually as I’m writing this I have just realised it would have been his 77th birthday today. Happy birthday Wayne! The movie is a portrayal of helping people realise they can make a “shift” from Ambition to Meaning in their lives. I implore you to find it and watch it.

What I have found today is that the degree of absence of thinking is your growth on your spiritual path. I have been meditating (or trying to daily) to find that spacious awareness that surrounds me. I’m finding peace with my meditation and finding it is part of my prayer routine. I’m finding that shift in my life, making changes (starting a new job tomorrow yay! as the last one left me drained of spiritual energy).

I feel like I am racing through this blog so that I can go watch another free video on the Hayhouse world summit site. There are ANGEL hEALINGS, Mediums, meditations…IMG_7979

Meditation with Prayer

Lately, I have been consumed with searching, searching for something…something within…I have read meditation books, listened to audio books on soul searching and finding your inner peace, my angels have lead me to listened to Hayhouse Radio (which I recommend, it is quite inspirational), The magic of believing, believe it before you see it audios and what I have discovered is, it is all there within my catholic faith. All these motivational speakers, authors, meditation gurus, all relate to the one stream, divine self, Spiritual self, God.

So why don’t we Catholics or Christians have mediation sessions available. Or have I been missing out? Sure we attend mass and listening to the word of God each week feeds my soul. However, as a catholic, I have never been taught to meditate in prayer to find God’s love within my soul.

I have found you can speak of “mind stuff” and meditation with ease and even being spiritual, however, as soon as you mention prayer or religion, it is generally mocked. Being peaceful, finding it through meditation or stillness, that is PrAyEr.

I have been searching for this spiritual self for years, since my early 20’s, my first book “The power of positive thing” by Vincent Norman Peale. I have listened to Wayne Dyer, and love meditating with Davidji (absolutely has shown me direction).

It’s all about our conditioning and learning to undo it all…Our sub conscious is our light. Finding the light, the inner light of which Jesus spoke of, our inner Soul. we need to undo the  judgement, criticism, we need to shift to an awareness of love, compassion and understanding.

First testament Jesus says “the light of the body is the eye,if therefore thine eye be single, the whole body shall be light ” We need to see the love, see only kindness, health, no good or bad only the ONENESS. Finding the light within everyone we see, it’s our spirit. We need to find our centre, listen to it guiding us.

Dr. Dyer, you have made a difference in my life by showing me the power of the words “I am”.  I recommend you search Wayne Dyer speaking about the words “I am, that I am” quite inspirational. That reminds me I need to learn how to attach web site links to my blog!

I am that I am – Wayne Dyer Hope this link works!

I need to find my light within to elevate me to a level of consciousness that is divine love.

Everyone is searching for love, happiness and everyone wants good health and fortune, I have discovered it’s all within and I need to find out how to make it shine.

What I have discovered is that I have not been searching for it lately, I have been searching for it my entire life. I have just been side tracked a little along the way.

Come search with me on finding this spiritual light, on mindfulness, on believing in the magic, on finding God ….come learn to meditate with prayer with me.

God Bless xx

My daughter painted this gorgeous watercolour of St Gabriel…What a beautiful, creative soul she is!St Gabriel

Morning Tea with an Angel.

Today I was scheduled for a mammogram. It was cancelled at the last minute, so I used the time to catch up with a beautiful soul. It was either stay home and do the domestics…cleaning, washing ahhh or get rid of the greys in my hair by visiting the hairdresser (well overdue) OR visit a friend. I opted for the latter.

While we were catching up over coffee (great froth too!), the doorbell chimed. Expecting someone to walk in as my friend opened the door….she returned on her own. My friend proceeded to tell me, it was an angel she let in. WOW! I felt so at ease and comfortable in telling her I have been searching, searching for something…meditating, finding the stillness, trying to listen to my guides and ANGELS! No coincidence, I had morning tea with two angels, one that I could physically see and the other I have been searching for.

My beautiful angel friend proceeded to tell me about how she has been searching for that place maybe in healing mediums or angel guides. I feel connected in knowing that my angel gave me the direction to seek her friendship through this beautiful soul.

I enjoyed the moment and feel secure in knowing that I am being guided.

Now to start the home domestics, then a beautiful meditation will be needed to connect in the divine stillness and love of my angel.

“Sister Keeper” is what keeps going through my thoughts….My friends beautiful bird tattoo with these beautiful words…

I tried searching for an image of the bird my friend has tattooed, however, one of the first few images that appeared on my screen, was of this Toucan pictured.

What is amazing, as I am writing this, my daughters painting is looking straight at me…
